Abby is a provisional psychologist currently completing a master’s in clinical psychology. She values creating a space where people feel comfortable, respected and able to speak openly about their experiences.
She approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion and understanding that effective therapy should be tailored to each individual’s needs and circumstances.
Abby takes the time to understand each person’s individual circumstances, working collaboratively to identify what matters most to them and explore practical ways to support their goals. She aims to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, build on their strengths, and feel more confident in navigating life’s challenges.
Abby is committed to providing thoughtful, individualised support building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, openness and genuine connection.
