Applicants must possess:
General registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia
Eligibility to provide psychological services under Medicare
Professional indemnity insurance meeting current regulatory requirements
Current ABN
A commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centred practice
Experience working independently within private practice or comparable settings
The following would be viewed favourably:
Clinical endorsement
Experience working with adolescents
Experience in private practice
Additional training in evidence-based therapeutic modalities

Applicants must possess:
Accreditation as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker through the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
Eligibility to provide services under Medicare's Better Access initiative
Current registration with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), where applicable
Professional indemnity insurance meeting current professional requirements
Current ABN
Eligibility for Medicare provider numbers
A commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centred practice
Ability to deliver psychological interventions through the use of a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A commitment to developing genuine therapeutic connections through warmth, authenticity, and respect
Experience working independently within private practice or comparable settings

Medical Receptionist/ Admin & Client Support
(Part-Time)
Work within our team to provide considerate, accurate administrative support within a client-centred setting. This role is perfect for individuals who prioritise client care and are passionate about delivering strong administrative support in a clinical environment.

This position is well suited to applicants with previous reception experience. Experience in either an allied health or medical setting is highly regarded. Suitable for psychology students wishing to work within their area of study.

Applicants must possess:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Ability to communicate with clients from a range of backgrounds and demonstrate empathy
Ability to multitask and manage workload with strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direction
Good level of computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Halaxy software and Medicare billing is an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
Authorised to work in Australia
The following would be viewed favourably:
Certificate III or higher in business administration
Experience in private practice within a psychology/mental health setting
