The APS National Schedule of Suggested Fees 2025-2026 has the standard hourly consultation fee at $318. Please see below our schedule of fees for Individual Therapy which are generally under the recommended hourly rate.

Assessments are charged at $250.00 per hour.
Andrew is not currently accepting new clients for psychological assessments.
The inclusions & cost of private assessments are determined on a case-to-case basis and will be charged according to the individual requirements of the assessment.

Medicare Rebates (Individual Therapy):

General Psychologist: $98.95 increasing to $101.55 from 1/07/2026

Clinical Psychologist: $141.85 increasing to $149.05 from 1/07/2026

A rebate for your sessions may be available depending on your level of cover. Please contact your insurer to learn more.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 48 hours notice (excluding weekends/public holidays) is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. This cancellation policy is in place to allow us to deliver a high level of care to our clients and provide support for clients who are waiting for an appointment.

When appointments are booked, the psychologist reserves the whole hour especially for you. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give as much notice as possible to ensure the space can be offered to someone in need.
